These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Getboldy service ("Service"), operated by FRST Media Europe B.V., Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK 80008798). By completing a purchase and accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By completing the access purchase on the Getboldy platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FRST Media Europe B.V. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
Getboldy is a mobile content platform providing access to a curated library of digital e-books and audiobooks. Content is made available through your mobile browser — no app installation is required. The catalogue spans fiction, non-fiction, biography, business, self-development, and more. Access is for personal, non-commercial reading and listening only.
Access to the Getboldy content library requires a one-time payment of €15, which grants you full access for a period of 30 days from the time of purchase. This is a one-time fee — not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal. Once your 30-day access period expires, access to the library ends and no further charges are applied.
By completing the purchase, you authorise a single charge of €15 to your mobile account via carrier billing. No credit card is required.
All charges are processed via mobile carrier billing. The €15 fee is applied directly to your mobile phone account and will appear on your mobile phone bill. The exact billing format may vary depending on your mobile network operator. We do not store or process any payment card data.
It is your responsibility to ensure your mobile account is active and capable of processing carrier-billed charges at the time of purchase. If a charge fails, access will not be granted.
Your access to the Getboldy library is active for exactly 30 days from the moment your payment is confirmed. After 30 days, your access expires automatically. There is no automatic renewal, no recurring billing, and no further charges. If you wish to access the library again after your period expires, a new purchase must be made.
Because Getboldy provides immediate access to digital content upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds for access periods already charged. This is consistent with EU consumer law regarding digital content made available immediately upon purchase.
Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge by emailing info@getboldy.com with your mobile number, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
Breach of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
All content available through Getboldy — including e-books, audiobooks, interface elements, and branding — is protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read or listen to content for personal, non-commercial use only, for the duration of your 30-day access period.
No ownership of or title to any content is transferred. All intellectual property rights remain with FRST Media Europe B.V. or its licensors.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the library will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific title will remain available throughout your access period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the access fee you paid (€15). Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
